Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases made under Honey & Bloom, which is a trading name of Brizay Innovations Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.


Returns & Change of Mind

At Honey & Bloom, we take great care in preparing and delivering our honey products.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once food items (including honey) have been delivered. This is to ensure food safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

This includes situations such as:

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Ordering the wrong flavour or quantity

  • Preference for a different product after delivery


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), customers are entitled to remedies if goods are defective, damaged, unsafe, or not as described.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective (e.g. broken seal, leakage)

  • Incorrect (wrong product sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@honeyandbloom.sg with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

Once verified, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund

The remedy provided will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with CPFTA requirements.


Shipping & Delivery Issues

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance (for international shipments), or other factors beyond our control.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in following up with the courier.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable or unreachable, any re-delivery fees charged by the courier may be borne by the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required under Singapore law:

  • All honey and food products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after approval

  • Banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.
