Any re-delivery fees charged by the courier may be borne by the customer.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or unreachable, the courier may:

Return the parcel to us
In such cases, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

We will assist in following up with the courier on your behalf
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging
Damage claims are assessed in accordance with our Refund & Delivery Policy.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders:
